Reliance JIO is now available for most of the devices and extending the JIO preview offer to more devices. It was a nightmare to handle so much of activation’s daily. So, JIO decided to extend the offer to specific devices in some time frame to reduce chaos in stores. JIO sim for Vivo Y31L phone is not yet eligible for the offer.
Currently, JIO preview offer is available for Xolo, Panasonic, LAVA, Gionee, Alcatel, Micromax, Karbonn, YU, Asus, LG, Samsung and LYF devices. You can find the complete list of eligible devices for JIO offer. Vivo phone owners have shown a huge interest for JIO preview offer (JPO).
Vivo Y31L is an LTE device which will support JIO sim for calls and data services. JIO sim offers 90 days of unlimited data, calls on any network and SMS completely free of cost.
Reliance is still delaying the JIO commercial launch and there is no official update on this. The network is still in testing mode and you can experience different data speed in different places. Please wait to experience the true 4G/VOlTE till the commercial launch.

Vivo 4G LTE/VOLTE phones supported for JIO Preview offer
Vivo devices are not yet added to the preview offer list but, all 4G LTE/VOLTE Vivo devices will support JIO sim. Here’s the list of all supported Vivo phones for JIO preview offer.

How to get JIO 4G sim for VIVO Y31L phone
Vivo Y31 is an LTE phone and supports JIO 4G sim but it’s not yet eligible for preview offer. Find “how to get JIO sim for Vivo Y31L phone”
- Download MyJio app for Vivo Y31L from Google Play store.
- Open MyJio app and must install these 4 JIO apps (JioOndemand, JioPlay, JioBeats, JioMoney) before generating JIO offer code for Vivo Y31L.
- Open the MyJio app and click on “Get Jio Sim”.
Get JIO sim option in MyJio app - Click on agree and get Jio offer on the next screen.
- Now complete the steps on the screen and generate a JIO offer code.
JIO offer code/coupon code/ Bar code - Now, go to Reliance Digital or DX mini store near to your location.
- Show the generated JIO barcode for Vivo Y31l phone and get a JIO sim.
JIO sim activation might take up to 3-5 days. So, please wait till your SIM gets activated and then Tele-verify your JIO sim to use JIO preview offer on Vivo Y31L phone.

- Please carry 2 recent passport sized photographs.
- Address and identity proof (Aadhaar/Driving licence/Voter ID).
